AI Product Questions, Answered

What types of AI products does Xenqube build?

Xenqube builds the full spectrum of enterprise AI products: conversational AI (chatbots, voice agents, copilots), AI agents and workflow automation, LLM platforms and RAG systems, computer vision AI, document intelligence, predictive analytics, AI for sales/marketing, and developer AI tools. We also build the underlying infrastructure that powers these - model serving, MLOps, AI observability.

Can Xenqube build a custom AI product for my specific use case?

Yes. While we have pre-built products in the Xenith Intelligence Suite, most enterprise deployments are customized to your data, workflows, and compliance requirements. We scope custom projects in a 2-week discovery engagement before development begins.

What is the difference between an AI chatbot and an AI agent?

An AI chatbot responds to user queries conversationally - it answers questions and provides information in a single turn or short conversation. An AI agent is autonomous and multi-step: it can plan, use tools (web search, APIs, databases, code execution), execute multi-step workflows, and complete entire tasks without a human directing each step. Agents are fundamentally more capable and require more careful design.

Do I need to train a custom AI model or can I use existing models?

For most use cases, you don't need to train a model from scratch. We configure and fine-tune existing foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama) on your domain data. Full pre-training is only necessary for very specialized domains where existing models lack fundamental knowledge. We advise on the right approach in discovery.
