Industry AI systems: which workflow, which system of record

An industry page here names the workflow we automate, the system of record we integrate with (MES, WCS, claims platform, core banking, CMS), the regulation that governs it, and the case study that proves it. Twelve sectors, each with a deployed pattern.

Common Questions About Industry AI

Does Xenqube build industry-specific AI or general AI?

Both. We reuse infrastructure patterns (RAG, agents, private LLM) and tune them to each vertical's workflows, systems of record, and compliance constraints.

How long does it take to deploy an industry AI solution?

Scoped pilots often run 4-8 weeks when data and access exist. Broader production rollouts commonly take 3-6 months depending on integrations and change management. We size timeline in an Architecture Brief before SOW.

Do you handle HIPAA, SOC 2, and other compliance requirements?

We design compliance-aware architectures: HIPAA/BAA patterns for healthcare, SOC 2-aligned controls for enterprise deployments, PCI-aware payment flows, and FedRAMP-aware / air-gap options for government. We do not claim Xenqube holds every certification badge on behalf of your org - your ATO/audit process still owns certification.

What compliance questions will insurance / claims buyers ask?

Expect: Where does claim data live? Who can see PDFs? Can we audit model outputs? What happens when the model is wrong? How long do we retain records? We answer data residency, RBAC, audit logs, human-in-the-loop escalation, retention, and DPA/BAA needs in discovery - before build.

Can you integrate AI with our existing industry software?

Yes. Common stacks include Epic/Cerner (healthcare), Salesforce/SAP/Oracle (enterprise), ServiceNow (ITSM), core banking and claims systems via API or controlled RPA. Custom connectors are scoped in architecture - not promised as magic adapters.
