Where does our data live during an AI project?

Wherever your policy requires: your VPC, on-prem, or a regionally constrained cloud. We decide residency in discovery and design the retrieval/inference path so claim PDFs, PHI, or client docs never need to train public models.

Can we audit what the model saw and recommended?

Yes. Production systems should log inputs (or hashes), outputs, policy/version stamps, and human overrides. For teams that need cryptographic anchoring of agent decisions, we deploy the Xenith Seal pattern.

Do you fully automate insurance claims adjudication?

Not as a default. We automate intake, extraction, and routing; coverage and payment decisions stay human-gated unless your compliance team explicitly scopes a controlled straight-through lane with monitoring.

What happens when the model is wrong?

Escalation rules are part of the design: confidence thresholds, exception queues, and clear ownership. Override rates are tracked as a first-class metric from go-live.

Will you sign a BAA / DPA?

Where the engagement involves PHI or regulated personal data, yes - as part of contracting. Architecture and logging are designed to support that commitment.

Is Xenqube SOC 2 Type II certified?

We design deployments to SOC 2-aligned control practices (access, logging, change management). We do not claim a blanket Type II logo for the studio as a substitute for your vendor-risk review - ask us for the current attestation status during procurement.
