The Problem

A large integrated steel site relied on registers and radio for rake status. Demurrage accrued beyond free time without a single trusted clock; commercial teams lacked immutable evidence for disputes.

The Solution

Xenith Yard delivered a yard map, advance rake lifecycle, and demurrage dossier generator. Edge CV intrusion alerts fed HITL before any siren. Tariffs and clocks lived in a rules engine, not prompts.

Agree the demurrage clock rules with the finance team, in writing, before wiring camera events. Two definitions of 'placement time' delayed the first dossier by ten days.
