A book author wanted to turn their 9-theme personal development framework into a scalable digital product: one that could serve a global audience across language barriers with accountability mechanisms text-based apps couldn't provide.
What We Built
A 9-week progressive learning app with video journaling (before/after reflection capture), live trainer-led group coaching sessions, real-time AI-powered multilingual community chat (English, Hindi, Spanish, Mandarin), and a Stripe-integrated annual membership model.
What we would do differently
Test the 9-week structure with ten readers before building progressive access. Several readers wanted to skip ahead and the gating had to be softened after launch.
