Terms of Service

Effective date: April 9, 2026

Scope

Xenqube provides product strategy, engineering, security hardening, and operational support services according to signed statements of work or master service agreements.

Engagement Model

Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing before execution. Any scope changes are handled through a documented change process agreed by both parties.

Ownership and Licensing

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Xenqube retains rights to internal tooling, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Payments and Delivery

Invoices, milestones, and acceptance criteria are outlined in each engagement document. Delivery dates depend on timely feedback and approvals from client stakeholders.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for project execution. Additional obligations may be defined in separate NDAs where required.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xenqube is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limits follow the terms of the signed commercial agreement.
